Here, from our multi-stage investigation, we’ve realized that the World Touch Cyber Cafe requires changes in three major areas: lack of quality visuals, no service relevant blogs, and unspecified user journey.
As per the project contract with World Touch Cyber Cafe, the GetUp team takes responsibility for the overall development of the company’s website to build a highly responsive and more customer-centric website for World Touch Cyber Cafe. Before beginning any execution, we conduct regular research and set implementation plans. After our substantial research into the company’s previous website issues, writing content, UI/UX designs, customers’ expectations, and many more, we realized that World Touch Cyber Cafe had rooms for development. We started developing visuals that lacked quality, developed an excellent UI/UX for the website and designed a few animated visuals to attract its target audience. The major issue we improvised for the company is to develop the overall website content and blogs, which makes the website more informative to customers. Lastly, we fixed the user experience journey on visiting websites to be more flexible and simple.
Finally, after completing the project, we analyzed the results as the website became very responsive and attractive to visitors. As customer responsiveness increased massively, customer acquisition and loyalty revenues increased from the website. Revenue generation became almost 400% higher than before because of reaching audiences successfully.
